These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DemoOS ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using DemoOS at getdemoos.com or roastmydemo.com, you agree to these Terms.
DemoOS is an AI-powered demo coaching platform that helps sales engineering teams prepare for, review, and improve product demonstrations. The service includes optional Google Calendar integration, structured demo preparation, AI-powered transcript analysis, and personalised coaching. DemoOS also provides Roast My Demo, a free anonymous tool that scores a single demo transcript against a public rubric.
The signed-in coaching app requires a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Roast My Demo is anonymous and does not require an account.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including demo transcripts, preparation answers, and reflection data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service (AI analysis, scoring, and coaching recommendations). For Roast My Demo, your transcript may be retained in anonymised form to improve our scoring model.
DemoOS uses artificial intelligence to generate feedback, scores, and coaching suggestions. AI outputs are provided as guidance only and should not be relied upon as definitive assessments. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the output.
DemoOS integrates with Google (authentication and calendar) and uses third-party LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemoOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $50, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales. EU consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.
